We pursue majority acquisitions where business owners receive cash at close and the opportunity to benefit in the platform upside through equity or seller financing. 

We focus on small businesses that are founder or family owned and that generate $2 - $5 million of EBITDA. 

We target niche industrial businesses that have mission-critical products or services that are meaningful to world applications.
