Emerson previously worked at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Vice President in the Global Industrials Group, where he advised on over $50 billion of completed mergers and acquisitions across the industrials sector.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Emerson served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at several startups, including Argyle, Transfix and Turvo. He began his career at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group.
Emerson holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Outside of work, Emerson enjoys playing hockey, soccer and poker with friends. He was a goaltender in the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) and continued playing competitive hockey through college.
